Golden baked Okra
Pane-bistecca
Golden fried okra is very easy to make and not only looks good, but tastes wonderfully crispy!
Okra is not only suitable for curries, fried side dishes, or as a vegetable side dish, but can also be served as a finger food snack. It is important to season it well, because on its own it is really very bland.
I made mine Indian style, which gives them plenty of flavor and spice and makes them turn a wonderful golden color. They can be served as a snack, and if you like, you can add a delicious curry dip!
