Gebratene Zucchiniblüten mit Gorgonzola

Fried Zucchini Flowers with Gorgonzola

Pane-bistecca
Fried zucchini flowers with gorgonzola are a summer dish, but here in Asia, the harvest is very different from in Europe. I can get them from my farmer almost all year round.

I stuff them with all kinds of things and bake or fry them, and these ones I fried in a pan. They were incredibly good and it’s quick and easy to do!!
