Melon-Avocado Salad with Feta
Pane-Bistecca
A melon and avocado salad with feta is exactly the kind of thing you love to eat in the summer! It’s so easy and quick to make, and it tastes wonderfully summery!
We at #wirrettenwaszurettenist are once again gathering ideas on the topic of summer salads! We’ll show you how easy it is to mix a few summery ingredients together to make a great salad for a meal or even a barbecue party.
As I’ve emphasized several times before, we’re showing you that you don’t have to buy ready-made foods—you can make something quick and easy yourself. You only have to look at the ingredient list on ready-made meals to shake your head in disbelief and realize that you don’t even know most of the ingredients! Thickening agents—what does that even mean? Yeast extract, stabilizers, diphosphates, emulsifiers, sulfur dioxide, food coloring, and much more are listed on a package, and you have no idea why such ingredients are included.
This is very confusing if you have allergies, because many products that should actually be gluten-free suddenly aren’t anymore due to these additives we don’t understand! That’s why it’s much better—and, as I’ll show, much easier—to make summer salads yourself!
I thank Silvia from Brotwein for the organisation and Martin for the Links.

Hallo Wilma,
Britta
Oliven, das ist auch eine gute Idee!
