Pork Steak with creamy Garlic Mushrooms
Pane-Bistecca
A spicy pork steak with creamy garlic mushrooms is always a winner! It’s a simple meal that’s quick to cook.
When good quality pork is well seasoned, it tastes almost like veal. My father-in-law was always amazed that the meat on his plate wasn’t veal, but pork.
I cooked creamy mushrooms with lots of garlic to go with it, and a green salad, that’s all it needed.
