Ribeye mit Gemüse

Ribeye with Vegetables

Pane-Bistecca
Ribeye with vegetables is very easy to make, but when served with herb butter, the dish becomes a “Sunday roast.” (Ribeye = entrecôte or high rib)

This time, I cooked the vegetables in a skillet instead of roasting them in the oven as I usually do. I seared the meat briefly on each side in a very hot skillet, turning it every 30 seconds. It turned out melt-in-your-mouth tender! I served my herb butter with the meat!

Of course, you can also serve ribeye with other vegetables. I like the combination of potatoes and cauliflower—I think the two go together wonderfully. When cooked with herbs, they’re absolutely delicious!
