Marinated Mozzarella

Mozzarella is relatively bland. But a marinated mozzarella like this brings pep into your life! Herbs, sun-dried tomatoes and chili bring the mozzarella into the limelight.

The cheese can be eaten as finger food or in salads, on bread or with tomatoes. The cheeseballs are so good you will definitely want more!

Ingredients

For one big Jar:

  • 2 Pack Mini or medium size Mozzarella balls

  • 4 sun-dried Tomatoes in oil, chopped

  • ¼ Bunch Parsley, chopped

  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes

  • 2 twigs Basil, chopped

  • 1 tbsp Chives, chopped

  • 1 Garlic clove, chopped

  • 50 ml Olive Oil

Instructions

Step 1

Mix the marinade ingredients together.

Step 2

Place the mozzarella balls in a large jar and pour the marinade over them. Shake quickly.

Step 3

Leave the mozzarella to marinate overnight.
