Ingredients
80 g Spinach
1 Tomato
2 Eggs
2 tbsp diced Bacon
Salt and Pepper
½ tsp Turmeric
Instructions

Step 1
Fry the bacon bits in a wide pan and add the spinach and the tomato cut into eighths, season everything well, then simmer until the spinach is soft.

Make some space in the middle and break the eggs in it. Sprinkle with salt pepper and the turmeric and fry as long as you like the fried eggs to be.
