Miso Gochujang Dipping Sauce

Pane-Bistecca
This miso gochjang dip goes wonderfully with Chinese dumplings, diluted as a salad dressing, or simply over raw fish, such as carpaccio.

I have fallen in love with this gochujang, you can really add it to anything. It’s not quite as insanely spicy as this chili sauce, but it gives off a lot of flavor.

Miso also has an incredible amount of umami and together they are just wonderful!
