Patatas Bravas con Chorizo
Pane-bistecca
Patatas Bravas con Chorizo is a very typical tapas recipe that can be found in many restaurants in Spain.
Patatas Bravas, or Papas Bravas, which means “spicy potatoes,” is familiar to everyone; it is the Spanish version of fried potatoes. With just a few ingredients and the help of the oven, you can create a simple, delicious meal! When mixed with chorizo, they become very hearty and truly “Spanish.” These potatoes are not served with the typical paprika sauce, as the sausage adds a lot of flavor to the potatoes.

Cook the potatoes in boiling, salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
