Michael’s Protein Gnocchi

Michael’s Protein Gnocchi

Pane-Bistecca
My son Michael loves to cook, and he has his own unique style. Michael’s Protein Gnocchi are an example of the high-protein diet he’s been following for quite some time now. Not only is he living and eating healthier, but he has also lost fat and gained muscle.

He simply swaps out a few ingredients that are greasy and heavy for similar ones that are high in protein and very low in fat. That’s how this delicious dish came about. It’s extremely easy to make and has a wonderfully creamy taste.
