Olive Oil Dip

Pane-Bistecca
An olive oil dip like this is incredibly versatile! You can use it as a dip with bread, Lángos, or flatbread. Or you can serve it as a salad dressing.

My olive oil is enriched with sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, and garlic. I also mix in herbs and chili—it’s simply delicious. It’s super easy to make, and the oil will keep for a few days.
