Gnocchi mit Schüblig-Käse Sauce

Gnocchi with Schüblig-Cheese Sauce

Pane-Bistecca
Gnocchi with Schüblig cheese sauce. Schüblig is a Swiss sausage, usually containing pieces of bacon, similar to Polish kielbasa; it’s delicious and full of flavor! Swiss sausages go very well with slightly spicier sauces!

I love chopping up leftover saucisson or Schüblig and using it in a sauce. I served this sauce with small gnocchetti – it tasted delicious and was quick to make!

Of course, you can also serve the sauce with spaghetti or other pasta! And you can make the sauce with any other spicy sausage, such as a hot Italian bratwurst!
