Chinese Broccoli and Beef

Chinese Broccoli and Beef

Pane-bistecca
Chinese Broccoli and Beef This is a very quick and easy vegetable and meat recipe from China. You can serve it as a side dish with other meals, or, as I do, as a complete meal. Served with white rice, it makes a complete meal. By the way, you can also make this with cauliflower!

In China, however, several dishes are usually served at once, so that everyone has a choice and is sure to find something they love. But that also means a lot of preparation is required, because Chinese dishes are usually quick to cook, so everything has to be prepared first and only then can you start cooking.
