Rock Fish Fillets
Pane-Bistecca
Friday is fish day for us. So sometimes we have rock Fish fillets. It’s not that we never have fish, because every day should be fish day for me, but it’s something of a tradition for me.
I give up all meat if fish is available. Fish is simply easier to digest, is never on my stomach and is much healthier than red meat!
I got fresh rock fish fillets and fried them in a little batter made from egg and various ingredients. I also had boiled potatoes and a huge mixed salad. Everything is cooked very quickly!
