Roasted Halloumi with Peanuts Sesame and Honey

Pane-Bistecca
Roasted halloumi with peanuts, sesame seeds and honey should actually be made on the barbecue, as the original recipe from the Coop-Newspaper in Switzerland says. It’s barbecue time, so get out to the grill!

Out comes one of the best ways to prepare halloumi, which we all call squeaky cheese in our family.
Have you noticed that it squeaks when you bite into it? My recipe is adapted slightly.
