Egg Liqueur Pralines

Pane-Bistecca
Delicate egg liqueur pralines that are perfect for Easter but are delicious all year round. They’re so easy to make!

Once again, our #wirrettenwaszurettenist group is here to show you how easy it is to make something special for Easter or spring. When you cook or bake something yourself, you know exactly what’s in it. No chemicals, no artificial colors, no unhealthy additives!

I’d like to thank our group moderator Silvia von Brotwein for organizing this and Martin for the list of blog posts.

In Europe, we associate Easter with eggs, chocolate, carrots, and pastries. Of course, we “have to” color eggs, Egg breaking is a tradition in Switzerland. We hide small gifts for the children, who then go looking for them on Easter Sunday. Easter baskets are filled with chocolate bunnies and eggs, and the house is decorated.

Typical Easter menus in Switzerland include lamb’s lettuce, Lamb meat, different cooked carrots, potatoes and carrot cake.

Lamb is also a popular Easter dish in Italy. For dessert, people enjoy Colomba Pasquale, which is similar to panettone. There are also various Easter cakes, such as the Pastiera Napoletana.

Here are some delicious egg liqueur chocolates that combine eggs and chocolate and are absolutely delicious.
