Hummus Dip mit Hackfleisch und Pinienkernen

Hummus Dip with minced Meat and Pine Nuts

Pane-Bistecca
This delicious hummus dip with minced meat and pine nuts is well worth making – it tastes absolutely brilliant!

Hummus is quick to make at home, and you can make it as smooth and flavorful as you like. Topped with cinnamon-spiced meat and toasted pine nuts, it’s simply irresistible. Serve it with crackers, toasted tortilla chips or traditional pita bread, warmed through. It’s a recipe from Mediterranean cuisine, originating in Lebanon, Turkey and other countries.

This dip is perfect for the barbecue season! It’s not a dip you’d usually find in Europe, but why not serve up something a bit different for a change?
