Polenta with Meat-Vegetable Sauce
Polenta itself is relatively bland and very dry, so you have to serve it with something that adds seasoning and sauce. Together they are unbeatable!
I cooked the polenta in the Thermomix, it couldn’t be easier!
Ingredients
For the Polenta in the TM6:
120 g Polenta/Corn grits
500 g Water
1 tsp Salt
20 g Butter
200 g ground Beef
1 can Anchovies
4 Garlic cloves, chopped
1 small Onion, chopped
½ Capsicum, chopped
Salt and Pepper
Chili
Paprika
15 g dried Porcini Mushrooms, soaked in warm water
4 slices of Bacon, chopped
1 small Eggplant, chopped
1 tbsp Gravy Powder
150 ml Water
1 tbsp Sour Cream
