Homemade Cream Cheese Ravioli with Herb sauce

These homemade Cream Cheese Ravioli with herb sauce are a very special meal! The sauce is very simple and made from many herbs. Of course, there is also garlic and very little cream. It goes wonderfully with ravioli, because these cream cheese ravioli do not need a dominant sauce. They tasted great!

Ingredients
For the Sauce
1 red Onion, chopped
4 cloves of Garlic, chopped
Fresh Herbs like Parsley, Thyme, Basil, chopped
Chili to taste
Salt and Pepper
20 g Butter
100 ml Cream
1 soup ladle of Cooking Water of the ravioli

Sauté the onion, garlic cloves and herbs in the butter.

Season and cook for 5 minutes.

Cook
Add the cream and cooking water, mix well and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Serve
Pour over the cooked ravioli and serve.
