Coconut Chicken Curry
A beautifully creamy Curry!
Ingredients
800 g Chicken Breast
70 g Nature Yogurt
5 Garlic cloves, chopped
3 cm Ginger, grated
2 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Butter
2 Onion, coarsely chopped
4 Garlic cloves, chopped
1 cm Ginger, chopped
1 tsp Cumin Powder
2 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Coriander Powder
400 g can Tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp Salt
Chili to taste
1 tsp Sugar
100 g grated Coconut
Cream as desired (I used Nature yogurt)
