Blinis with Smoked Salmon and Caviar
Pane-Bistecca
Blinis with smoked salmon and caviar are elegant, small finger food that can be served at nice invitations.
We gave an invitation and, as is usually the case when we are in Europe, my daughter had the task of making these little delicacies. She has made beautiful appetizers or finger food for us many times, usually the idea comes from me and she has a knack for making everything look great.
Nowadays, blinis can be bought ready-made in most supermarkets. If you don’t want to or can’t, you can make them yourself. I use this Recipe from Essen&Trinken. You can cook them in advance and store them in the fridge for up to 2 days. These snacks are really quick to make!
