Pork Steaks wit Onion-Mushroom Sauce and fried Asparagus
Pane-Bistecca
I served these pork steaks with onion and mushroom sauce and roasted asparagus to my visitors, and they loved the dish!
The steaks are very juicy this way. Served with green asparagus gratinated with cheese, and with fine noodles and the sauce, it really is a festive dish! And it’s really easy!
