Salmon with crispy Skin and Vegetables
Pane-bistecca
This salmon with crispy skin and vegetables is another very simple recipe that can be prepared quickly. I appreciate quick recipes; you may have noticed that by now. Who wants to stand in the kitchen tired after coming home from work and spend a long-time cooking? That’s where these quick recipes come in handy.
Salmon is a very versatile fish that can be cooked in many different ways. As you can see, I have several recipes here on the blog. My favorites are those that have been fried until the skin is crispy. Here is another recipe for this.

Ingredients
2 Slices Salmon
Salt and Pepper
Chili
Olive Oil
1 yellow Bell Pepper
3 Garlic cloves
small Potatoes
Rosemary
Paprika
Instructions

Step 1
Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper on both sides. Halve the small potatoes, finely dice the bell pepper, and chop the garlic.
2
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a shallow pan and fry the halved potatoes, season and fry until crispy.

Step 3
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in another pan and fry the salmon skin-side down. Cover and fry for 7 minutes, then turn the fish over and cook for another 5 minutes. The cooking time depends on the thickness of the fish!

Step 4
Meanwhile, season and fry the diced pepper with the garlic in another pan (or, as I did, in the same pan as the potatoes). Combine everything and serve with a Aioli or another spiced Mayonnaise.
