Breakfast toast with fried eggs is quite a hearty meal. It’s definitely something for people who do physical work or exercise a lot.
But why not serve up a breakfast like this? We always eat very late, so for us it’s brunch. Then you can handle something like this!
Here, too, you can change the ingredients, for example, swap bacon for ham, swap fried eggs for poached eggs, swap cheese for mozzarella, and much more.

Ingredients
2 Toast Bread Slices
some Butter
1 tbsp Mustard
2 Slices Bacon
1 Handful grated Cheddar Cheese or Gruyere
2 Slices Cheese
2 Eggs
Salt and Pepper
Instructions

Step 1
Fry the bacon slices in a shallow pan.

Spread butter on the slices of toast. Then place one of them in the same pan with the buttered side down.

Spread mustard on the top of the slice of bread and place the bacon on top.

Now place the grated cheese and cheese slices on top and cover with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.

Carefully turn over and fry again for about 4 minutes.

Remove the toast and fry the two eggs in the same pan.

Cut the toast open, top with the fried eggs, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
