
Chicken Tikka Tortilla Rolls
It is important that you marinate the meat and cook it for a long time to give it a great flavor. Then fill the tortilla flatbreads, add some cheese… and mmmmmmmm enjoy.
I love little treats like this, especially when they have an Indian touch!
Ingredients
For 10 Rolls:
800 g Chicken Breasts
10 small wheat Tortillas
Grated Cheese
4 Spring onion chopped
30 g melted Butter
6 tbsp Nature Yogurt
1 Lemon, the Juice
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Garlic, grated
1 tsp Ginger, grated
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
½ tsp Turmeric
¼ tsp Garam Masala
150 g Nature Yogurt
30 g Mayonnaise
4 Garlic cloves, grated
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Paprika
½ tsp Chili Flakes
½ tsp Salt
some chopped Coriander
