Breakfast Omelet with Ham
Pane-Bistecca
Once again, breakfast had to be spiced up and so I made this breakfast omelet with ham.
I used ingredients that were still available at home, you can add anything you like. I used onions, cherry tomatoes, ham, cheese and, of course, eggs. Season everything well and you’re ready to cook.
I used the Japanese method of cooking, where you cook the omelet piece by piece until you have a nice roll.
