Brussels Sprout cooked in the Airfryer

Pane-Bistecca
I love my Airfryer and make very many things in it. This time I roasted Brussels sprouts in the Airfryer. To make them taste really good, I packed them in lots of garlic and parmesan. Nicely rubbed in, makes the Brussels sprouts extremely tasty!

It’s very simple and quick!

Ingredients

  • 500 g of Brussels sprouts, cleaned and halved, if they are large

  • ½ Jar Garlic-Butter

Instructions

1

Step 1

Take the jar of garlic butter out of the fridge and let it soften.
2

Step 2

Then mix everything with the Brussels sprouts. For this I put on disposable gloves and knead the Brussels sprouts with the butter.
3

Step 3

Put a baking paper or the basket foil in the airfryer and enter a layer of Brussels sprouts. Bake for 18 minutes at 180 C degrees, shaking once or twice to make sure they are nicely roasted all around. Repeat with the rest of the brussels sprouts.
4

Lastly

Enjoy!
