Chicken Legs on Pack Choi

Pane-Bistecca
I like chicken much better than red meat which I have a hard time digesting. These chicken legs on pack choi are quite simple and quickly made. I served mashed potatoes with it, which went great with the sauce. Since the chicken legs are finished roasting in the oven, you even have time to have a drink at your leisure.

A very good combination!

Step 1

Heat some oil in a wide pan and fry the seasoned chicken legs on both sides. Add the garlic cloves and the lemon in the salt, halved, and fry along until the chicken legs have a nice brown crust.

Step 2

Wash the pack choi and separate the leaves. Put these leaves in an ovenproof dish.
3

Step 3

Put the chicken legs, lemon and garlic cloves on top and pour the gravy broth over it.

Step 4

Im Ofen bei 180 C Grad 40 Minuten rösten lassen. Unterdessen den Kartoffelbrei herstellen, und natürlich einen Aperitif trinken! Heiss servieren.
