Asiatische Speisen werden immer mit Dipping Saucen serviert. Am besten kennt man die Saucen, die zu den Chinesischen Dumplings serviert werden, aber es gibt viele mehr. So wird auch Huhn mit einer klebrigen Sauce zum Dippen und mit einem gewürzten Salz serviert, oder die frittierten Wontons mit einer süss-sauren Sauce. Ich habe hier ein paar Vorschläge von Asiatische Dipping Saucen, wie man die chinesischen Speisen aufpeppen kann. Nicht jeder mag es sehr scharf, aber hier kann man sehr gut damit spielen. Sie sind einfach und ganz schnell gemacht! Ihr müsst scrollen, damit Ihr alle Rezepte seht!

Ingredients

Dipping Sauce for Dumplings:(top left)

  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar

  • 2 tbsp hot Water

  • 1 tsp Sugar

  • Honey Sauce:(top right)

  • 2 tbsp Honey

  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil

  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar

  • ½ tsp grated Ginger

  • ½ tsp Sesame Seeds

  • 4-5 small Ginger Stripes

  • Spicy Soy Sauce:(top middle)

  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 2 tsp Chili Sauce

  • 1 tsp Honey

Step 1

Dipping Sauce for Dumplings: Mix the ingredients until the sugar has dissolved.
This is the traditional sauce to all Dumplings, fried or steamed! This fits well to the Chinese Shrimps!

Step 2

Honey Sauce: Mix all ingredients except the sesame seeds and ginger stripes together, sprinkle with the sesame and ginger.
It’s perfect to Dumplings and Char Siu.

Step 3

Spicy Soy Sauce: Mix all ingredients well together!
This sauce can be adjusted to taste by adding more chili paste. It fits to Rice, to Vegetables and Tofu.

Notes

I also always serve some chili sauce and roasted garlic on the side!
