Tortellini Skewers with Sour Cream Pesto Dip

Pane-Bistecca
Why not serve tortellini skewers with sour cream pesto dip as finger food? It’s worth it!

You can do much more with fresh pasta than just serve it as pasta with sauce! For example, you can serve Ravioli from the Airfryer as Chips with dip, and here are tortellini ready to eat cold.

I use fresh ravioli or tortellini from the supermarket fridge, not the dried ones. They simply taste better, and you can choose the filling. Give them a try!
