Apero Pizza Rolle

Apero Pizza Roll

Pane-bistecca
You need something to nibble on with your aperitif! And what could be better than a pizza snack? Exactly! That’s why I’m bringing this aperitif pizza roll!

This roll is simply filled with salami, pancetta, and mozzarella. But you can also get creative and add slices of tomato, pesto, eggplant, peppers, and much more! I wanted to make a roll that you could eat with your hands without sauce dripping everywhere. That’s not cool at a party! In any case, it tasted wonderful!
