Mushroom-Chili Sauce – fits to everything!

This Mushroom-Chili Sauce is rather heavy, so it fits best to a pork roast or beef roast. You can make it with or without the cream, it’s up to you!
We like to be served sauce to everything! It fits to meat, pasta, fish, potatoes, vegetables, or as dip etc. There is always a possibility to serve a good sauce. We always find a reason, to serve one!

Ingredients
200 g brown Button Mushrooms
1 Bunch Parsley
2 long red Chilis
1 small red Peperoni/Capsicum
2 Garlic cloves
1 small Onion
20 g Butter
Salt and Pepper
Paprika
Rosemary
150 ml Red Wine
100 ml Cream (optional)
some Cornstarch
Instructions

Step 1
Chop the garlic, parsley, the mushrooms, onion, capsicum, chili and parsley very fine. Season very well!

Pour in the red wine and let simmer for 10 minutes. Then you may add the whipping cream and if the sauce is too thin, thicken with a little cornstarch. Serve hot!
