Pasta with leek and pork sauce
Pane-Bistecca
Pasta is simply something delicious, especially this pasta with leek and pork sauce! But you’d be surprised to know that, as a half-Italian, I rarely cook pasta. Why? Because I can’t really call pasta my favorite food.
My friends say that’s not possible. As a half-Italian, I must love pasta… and ice cream. Well, I love potatoes and cheese, not pasta or ice cream, I’m more Swiss in that respect! But it doesn’t matter, my family loves pasta, so I cook it and eat it too. But when I’m alone…. I eat potatoes!
But back to the pasta! I paired fine noodles with leek and minced pork, and they were very good!
