Zweifarbige Mokka Schokolade-Würfel

Two colored Mocha Chocolate Dices

Pane-Bistecca
In two month Christmas is already over, which means you should start making Christmas cookies now. I don’t just bake cookies; I also like to make pralines. That’s how these two-tone mocha chocolate cubes came about. They melt in your mouth and are not difficult to make at all!

I did the steps in TM6, which made it even easier!

Mocha (also mokka; after the Yemeni port city of Mokka) refers to coffee that is prepared in its most traditional way. A small metal pot is filled with finely ground coffee powder, which is poured with cold water and then boiled. Mocha is characterized by the coffee grounds that are poured into the cup with the coffee. Until the use of the coffee filter, every coffee was a mocha.

During the economic miracle of the 1950s in the Federal Republic of Germany, the term was often used for sweet products with a coffee and cocoa flavor, such as mocha ice cream, mocha chocolate or mocha milk mix drinks. For example, latte macchiato for a weakly flavored variant. In coffee vending machines or coffee house chains based on the American model, mocha also refers to a coffee with cocoa or chocolate, usually also containing milk or cream. (from Wikipedia)
