Salmon Slices with Mushroom Sauce, not what you get everywhere. If you’re in a hurry and you still want to eat like in a 5-star restaurant, this salmon dish is perfect! It’s a quick dish and you don’t need to prepare much. And for the salmon you only need 3 ingredients.
Serve it with white rice and the mushroom sauce and you have a 5-star menu.

Ingredients
4 large slices of Salmon
4 tbsp Pesto
3 Spring onion
200 g Mushrooms
2 Garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 Bunch Parsley, chopped
20 g Butter
50 ml Cream
50 g Sour Cream
Salt and Pepper
Paprika

Spread the pesto onto the salmon slices and let marinate for 10 minutes.

Then fry the salmon on both sides on medium heat until done. No need to add more oil, as the pesto will release some. Add the chopped spring-onion at the end.

Meanwhile slice the mushrooms.

Fry the chopped garlic in the melted butter, then add the mushrooms. Season well and add the chopped parsley. Fry for a short while, then add the whipping cream and sour cream. Let reduce for a short while.
