Sticky Eggplants and Potatoes

Pane-Bistecca
Very simple and quickly cooked are these sticky eggplant and potatoes! These are dishes that I cook when I have no time, or I am alone at home and do not want to cook a big menu for myself. Eggplant is always available, and you can always find potatoes at my house too.
