Pan fried Potato Halves with Bacon

Pane-Bistecca
These potatoes are quick to make, you can also make them with leftover cooked potatoes. Serve them with meat or simply with fried egg, or a salad. If you want them vegetarian, you can omit the bacon, simply add a few herbs, that also tastes wonderful.

It can’t be easier!
