Wir lieben grünes Gemüse und Rosenkohl gehört zu unseren Beliebtesten! Knoblauch-Parmesan Rosenkohl aus dem Airfryer ist ein ganz einfaches Rezept. Ich habe hier auf dem Blog schon einige Rezepte davon. Doch dieses Rezept ist sowas von einfach und schnell gemacht im Airfryer. Heraus kommen knackige, knusprige Rosenkohl Hälften, die zu allem passen!

We love green vegetables and Brussels Sprout is one of our favorite ones. I have already some recipes on my blog. This recipe is very easy and made quickly, as I used the Airfryer. You get a nice and very crunchy result!

Knoblauch-Parmesan Rosenkohl aus dem Airfryer

Fuer 4 Personen:
500 g Rosenkohl
2 EL Olivenöl
Salz und Pfeffer
Paprika
4 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt
2 Handvoll Parmesan gerieben

Den Rosenkohl waschen und halbieren. In einer Schüssel mit dem Oel, Salz, Pfeffer und Parmesan mischen. Den gehackten Knoblauch dazu geben und mischen. Im Airfryer portionenweise bei 180 C Grad ca. 15-20 Minuten braten.

For 4 Persons:
500 g Brussels Sprout
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Paprika
4 cloves of Garlic, chopped
2 handful grated Parmesan

Wash the Brussels sprout and cut them into halves. Mix them in a bowl with the olive oil, salt, pepper and parmesan. Add the chopped garlic and mix well. Fry in the Airfryer at 180 C for 15-20 minutes.
