Aprikosen-Apfel Konfitüre

Apricot-Apple Jam

Pane-bistecca
Now the apricots are slowly ripening again, so I’m making apricot and apple jam. Since I love apricots more than anything, it goes without saying that I’m making jam with this fruit again. I added apple and vanilla because I had them to hand, and the result is delicious.

This time, I cooked the jam in a slow cooker again. If you don’t have one, you can simply use a deep pot and cook it as usual. I like to use the slow cooker for jams because it’s so easy and mess-free.
