Gebackene Spaghetti mit mexikanischer Note – Baked Spaghetti with Mexican flavors

2 Mins read

Lots of visitors, every evening… that’s when you get creative! When I am in Europe, I have visitors almost every night. They know I can cook, and they come with a large appetite! I have to think each time what I could cook for a large group and it has to be something that doesn’t need so much time preparing. And this happened with these spaghettis. I just wanted to prepare the dish in advance, so I can sit with my visitors for cocktails and don’t have to work in the kitchen. That’s why I made a Mexican flavored sauce mix to be put into the pasta and then baked in the oven. There’s no simpler way to make a good dish! They tasted very good, slightly spicy with Mexican flavors!
