Blumenkohl-Broccoli Puffer – Cauliflower-Broccoli Patties

1 Mins read

Similar to the recipe of the Broccoli-Parmesan patties I made patties from cauliflower and broccoli. But this time I made the dough thicker, so I could form nicer patties. They are not only nice but also delicious! I served them with a Turkish dish that was spicy. I loved them with this dish as the patties took the sting away from the spices.

Fuer ca 10 Puffer:
1 kleiner Broccoli
¼ Blumenkohl
3 Eier
2 Knoblauchzehen, gerieben
50 g Speck
100 g Parmesan
Salz und Pfeffer
Etwas Mehl
Olivenoel

For approx.. 10 Patties:
1 small Broccoli
¼ Cauliflower
3 Eggs
2 cloves of Garlic, grated
50 g Bacon
100 g Parmesan
Salt and Pepper
Some Flour
Olive Oil

Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into florets, peel the stems of the broccoli. Then cop everything. Boil the vegetables in salted water for 4 minutes, then drain. Mix the eggs with the garlic, Parmesan and chopped bacon. Add the cooled vegetables and season well. Now pour some flour into a plate and flour your hands well. Now form patties and turn them over in the flour. Fry them in the hot oil and serve.
