Butter Zucchini

1 Mins read

It’s Zucchini season and they are so good and juicy, I need to cook them again. I like to cook them in butter, they get very tasty this way. This is a very easy recipe!

Fuer 4 Personen:

Alles gut braten lassen. Heiss servieren.

For 4 Persons:
6 smallish Zucchini (my father-in-law was always very happy when he could take huge zucchinis from the garden. But the bigger the zucchini the less taste it has. Like the cucumber it just fills up with water. When you cook them they will fall apart and let out lots of liquid. My mother (an Italian) always said Zucchini should stay small to stay tasty!)
Salt and Pepper
Paprika
1 small Onion, chopped
2 cloves of Garlic, chopped
30 g Butter

Slice the zucchini with the thinnest slicer. Melt the butter in a flat pan and fry the garlic and onion. Add the zucchini and season well. Fry for a while and serve.
