Sangria, Sommer im Glas, DAS Getraenk in Spanien. Ich mache es gerne fuer unsere Dachgarten-Parties. Und gestern habe ich wieder welchen gemacht und es wurde nichts anderes getrunken!
Ich habe einen Getraenkespender, mit einem Korb fuer Fruechte. So kann man das Getraenk direkt ins Glas giessen und die Fruechte  bleiben im Topf und marinieren den Sangria. Gestern habe ich meinen mit Erdbeeren gemacht, der war wirklich sehr lecker. Kein Wunder sassen wir auf dem Wein und Bier fest!

Sangria, summer in a glass, THE drink in Spain! I serve it quite often on our roof garden parties. And yesterday I served it again and my guests didn’t drink anything else!
I have a drink dispenser with a little basket in it, where you can add the fruits. So if you want to pour some drink the fruits don’t fill your glass up. They also give some taste to the Sangria. Mine I made this time with strawberries and it turned out pretty good! It showed in the untouched bottles of wine and beer!

Fuer ca 4 Liter Sangria:
2 Flaschen Rotwein
1.5 L Orangensaft
1 Flasche Prosecco
200 g Erdbeeren
ein paar Eiswuerfel

Die Erdbeeren entstielen und in den Korb geben. (Wer keinen solchen Dispenser wie ich hat, kann die Erdbeeren einfach etwas klein schneiden) Die Fluessigkeiten zusammen mischen und den Korb da rein geben. Ca 30 Minuten marinieren lassen. Eiswuerfel zugeben und servieren.

For approx 4 liters Sangria:
2 bottles of Red Wine
1.5 L Orange Juice
1 bottle Prosecco
200 g Strawberries
some Ice Cubes

Destalk the strawberries and fill them into the basket of your drink dispenser. (if you don’t have this dispenser just cut the strawberries into smaller pieces) Mix all the liquid together. Add the basket with the strawberries and let marinade for 30 minutes. Add some ice cubes and serve!
