This is a recipe of my cousin in Italy. He is a typical Italian, he needs his Pasta every day at lunch time! But as he is an excellent cook we don’t mind. This recipe was cooked especially for my daughter, as she loves sword fish! And if she gets shrimps, she never says no! My cousin always makes cooking look so easy….

Für 4 Personen:
500 g Spaghetti
300 g Schwertfisch
300 g grosse Garnelen ungeschält
400 g San Marzano Tomaten
Salz und Pfeffer
Rosmarin
1 Knoblauchzehe gehackt
1 kleine Zwiebel gehackt

For 4 Persons:
500 g Spaghetti
300 g Sword Fish
300 g big Prawns unpeeled
400 g San Marzano Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper
Rosemary
1 clove of Garlic, chopped
1 small Onion, chopped

Put the tomatoes into boiling water for a few minutes, then peel them. Then chop them. Fry the garlic and onion in a little olive oil, then add the chopped tomatoes. Add the diced sword fish and let simmer for approx. 15 minutes. Season well.
Wash the prawns and make a cut into their backs to remove the vein. This also helps too cook them evenly and it’s easier to peel them. Meanwhile cook the pasta.
Put the prawns into the tomato sauce and let simmer, turn over after a few minutes, let cook until pink. Take them out of the sauce and add the pasta to the sword fish tomato sauce, mix well. Serve the pasta and top with the prawns.
