Tropische Fruchtkonfituere

Tropical Fruit Jam

Pane-bistecca
Tropical fruit jam with dragon fruit, mangoes, and more! Jam – marmalade… I can’t tell the difference between the two, because where I come from, everything was called “Gonfi.” So I looked it up, and the internet says:
In the EU Marmalade is used for citrus fruits.
Konfitüre (jam) is done with all other fruits.

The fruit is the main ingredient in my homemade jam, which is why I can call it jam! Wow! Now I know better!

Last week, we received two huge fruit baskets, and you can see with the naked eye how quickly they spoil in our heat. That’s why I cooked all the ripe fruit and made this jam.
