Fruehstueck im Brot – Breakfast in Bread

Wenn es eilt… dann ist dies das schnelle Fruehstueck, das man in den Ofen schiebt, dann in die Dusche verschwindet und wenn man fertig geduscht hat, ist auch das Fruehstueck fertig gebacken. Fruehstueck im Brot! Perfekt fuer Sonntage, an denen man gerne etwas anderes isst, als alle Tage, aber nicht mehr Arbeit in der Kueche will. Man kann diese gefuellten Broetchen auch mit Tomate, Kaese, Schinken oder Spinat machen. Man kann also wieder ganz kreativ werden in der Kueche! Ich wuensche guten Appetit und schoenen Sonntag!

This is the ideal breakfast when time is too short to sit down and have a long and nice breakfast. You can prepare it and put it into the oven, go have your shower and then when you are finished with the shower your breakfast is finished too. It’s perfect for Sundays breakfast when you want to serve something different than every days breakfast, but don’t want to spend a lot of time cooking it! You can also do this with tomato, cheese, ham or spinach. 

Man braucht pro Person:
1 Toastbrotscheibe, wenns geht ohne Krume
1 Speckscheibe (oder 1 Scheibe Tomate, Schinken, Kaese oder einige Spinatblaetter)
1 Ei
Salz und Pfeffer

Eine Muffinform einfetten, die Toastbrotscheibe darin eindruecken, eine Scheibe Speck da hinein legen und ein Ei darauf geben. Wuerzen mit Salz und Pfeffer. Im Ofen bei 220 C Grad 15-20 Minuten backen.
Heiss servieren.

For one person you need:
1 slice of Toast-bread, preferably without crust
1 slice of Bacon (or a slice of tomato, ham, cheese or some spinach leaves)
1 Egg
Salt and Pepper

Grease a muffin tray and push one slice of toast-bread into the form. Add a slice of bacon and one egg. Season with salt and pepper, then bake at 220 C for 15-20 minutes.
Serve hot!
