One-Pot schwarze Pasta mit Lachs – One-Pot black Pasta with Salmon

2 Mins read

A few years ago, on my old blog, I had asked for a challenge. My daughter and I both had to cook a dinner with 5 ingredients. Kerstin from Verbotengut gave us the ingredients. Of course, she didn’t give us easy ingredients, no way, she really made our challenge a challenge!

Die ingredients were black pasta, fish, spinach, Parmesan and mushrooms. For me it was clear, with these ingredients I need to make an Italian dish. So, I threw them all into one pot and I ended up with a delicious dish of pasta with veggies and salmon.

One-Pot schwarze Pasta mit Lachs

Fuer 2 Personen:
80 g schwarze Nudeln
120 g Lachs
100 g Spinat
1 Zwiebel
2 Knoblauchzehen
1 Buechse gehackte Tomaten Pelati (400 g)
Salz und Pfeffer
Oregano und Basilikum
etwas Chili
400 ml Bruehe

For 2 persons:
80 g black Noodles (with the ink of the Octopuses)
120 g Salmon
100 g Spinach
1 Onion
2 cloves of Garlic
1 can diced Tomatoes (400 g)
Salt and Pepper
Oregano and Basil
some Chili
400 ml Broth
3 tbsp Olive Oil

Slice the onion, garlic, mushrooms and dice the salmon. Put the vegetables with the salmon, the spinach and the noodles into a deep pot and add the can of tomatoes. Add the broth and season well. Sprinkle with the olive oil and bring to a boil, then turn down the heat. Let simmer for approx 20 minutes but stir very often to avoid burning. The liquid will reduce almost completely.
Plate up the paste and sprinkle with Parmesan.
