Charcuterie Boards

Charcuterie Boards

Pane-bistecca
My daughter has a knack for visual presentation. Her meat and cheese platters, charcuterie boards, are especially beautiful.

Before Christmas, she made a beautiful charcuterie board for my birthday, and because I liked it so much, she made another one for the Christmas buffet.

It goes without saying that we eat with our eyes first—that’s obvious to everyone, because these beauties were the first to be eaten!

Instructions

1

Step 1

You need to choose ingredients with different colors, otherwise your platter will look boring. Different sizes and shapes are important too.
2

Step 2

Now arrange the ingredients onto a big plate or piece of wood, so you don’t see the plate anymore. Fold the cold cuts, each meat in a different folding technique.
3

Step 3

The small holes in between the ingredients fill with nuts and fruits. This way you will surprise your guests with a stunning big plate for a starter or an afternoon snack.
