My Gorgonzola Salad Dressing from the TM6

I’m slowly getting to know my Ramses (my Thermomix6) and I’m now daring to create my own recipes with it. Of course, my Gorgonzola salad dressing is not a difficult recipe, but it’s better to start small!

We are big salad lovers and so we actually have salad every day at home. Sometimes just green leaves, sometimes just tomatoes, sometimes just cucumber and then there are the craziest combinations and mixes. Take a look here!

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of Garlic

  • ¼ Bunch Parsley

  • 3 Spring-onion

  • 120 g Gorgonzola

  • 200 g Nature yogurt

  • 20 g Balsamic Vinegar

  • 25 g Olive Oil

  • 20 g Mustard

  • 100 ml Water

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • ½ tsp Pepper

  • ½ tsp Chili

  • 1 tsp Sugar

  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 Spritzer Worcestershiresauce

Arbeitsschritte

Step 1

Put the garlic, parsley and spring onions into the pan and chop for 8 seconds/speed setting 6.

Step 2

Add the diced gorgonzola and mix for 5 seconds/speed setting 5.

Step 3

Add all the other ingredients and mix for 10 seconds/speed setting 5. Pour it into a clean bottle and store in the fridge.

Notes

Of course, you can also make this dressing in a blender!
