Mascarpone Cream with pureed Berries

For my dinner I needed a quick, easy, fruity dessert and I found that at Saskia rund um die Uhr. It is really done in 5 minutes, and you can prepare it super in advance. You can vary with the berries or even use cherries, maybe I’ll try it with apricots next time.

Ingredients
250 g Mascarpone
250 g Quark/Curd or Fromage blanc
3 tbsp Sugar (I used 2 tbsp Sugar and 1 tbsp Vanilla Sugar)
250 g frozen Berries
3 tbsp Sugar

Step 1
Let the berries thaw, then put them into a blender with 3 tbsp sugar and blend.

Mix Mascarpone, curd and sugar (or sugar and Vanilla Sugar).

Divide the curd mixture into glasses, top with the blended berries and top with some fresh berries. Serve cold!
